For more than 30 years, The Immigration Professor has guided individual and families through every stage of the U.S. immigration process. We serve clients in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region from our office on Alaskan Way, and we represent Washington clients in immigration matters nationwide.
We have built our practice around the way people actually live and work today. Many of our Seattle clients never need to take time off or fight downtown traffic, because we handle the bulk of every case securely online. Others prefer to come in. We make both easy.
We handle many immigration matters for Seattle and Washington clients, including:
Family-Based Immigration Green cards through marriage and family, fiancé(e) visas, adjustment of status, removal of conditions (I-751), and consular processing.
Citizenship & Naturalization Guidance through the N-400 application, the citizenship interview, and the path from green card to U.S. citizen.
Humanitarian Relief Asylum, U visas for victims of crime, and VAWA petitions for survivors of abuse.
Waivers & Complex Cases Unlawful presence waivers, inadmissibility waivers, and other forms of discretionary relief.

My spouse and I did not know where to begin on the process to bring him home to America after marriage. I am American. He lived in Italy and was born in Africa. I found The Immigration Professor Attorneys at Law on a Google site and after I read a few reviews I decided to retain them. They charged a fair price. They filled out all my paperwork needed online and uploaded the many documents and forms needed for the many steps in the process which was great because I have basic computer knowledge. They did great work. They responded quickly to my many questions. They were there for me all the way and still with me today. My husband has now arrived in America. We are happy we have the Immigration Attorneys at Law, their team is the best when you are stressed. Trust The Process with them.

The process to become a client with the immigration professor was quick, easy and professional: after an initial meeting with Robert about my case, I was referred to an attorney and paralegal. We've been working on my case for a few weeks now and I'm happy with the level of professionalism of everyone I've dealt with so far. My application is currently under review and I'm hopeful for smooth resolution. Thanks!Hover to react

We are extremely grateful to the Immigration Professor law firm for a positive outcome of my wife’s complex immigration case. From beginning to end they provided excellent guidance through the entire process. Robert, Lauren, Maria and the rest of the team at Immigration Professor were fantastic! They were highly knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to the process. Today we are happier because of their professionalism and representation. We would highly recommend them without reservations.
